These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdook platform and all related services. By creating an account on bdook.lat or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

The meanings of some important terms used in these Terms are given below:

• "bdook" or "Platform" refers to the bdook.lat website, its mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to your personal bdook account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit offered by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Betting Funds" refers to the money deposited in your account.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the bdook platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or playing on this platform. bdook may request necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true and accurate. bdook reserves the right to cancel any account if false information is found to have been provided.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdook currently accepts transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Amount and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

bdook will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from the submission of incorrect payment details. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.4 Fraud Prevention

If any fraudulent transaction, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity is detected, bdook may immediately suspend the account and conduct the necessary verification.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdook offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Accepting this bonus will apply a wagering requirement of 10 times. That is, withdrawal will only be possible after completing bets worth 10 times the bonus amount.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• bdook sets the maximum stake limit for bets placed with bonus funds.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account cancellation.
• bdook reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus.

4.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

bdook has 5 VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits by tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0%. Cashback is added to the account at a set time each week.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdook platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
• Abusing or strategically exploiting the bonus system.
• Harming other users through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money transactions.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdook follows a fair play policy. All games available on the platform are operated by verified third-party game software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and market. These limits may vary by game or event, and bdook reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical problem, bdook reserves the right to make the final decision regarding that bet. bdook will not be liable for losses caused by internet disconnection.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or the result changes, bdook will settle the bet according to the applicable rules. For official results, the announcement of the relevant sports authority will be considered final.

7.1 Closure by bdook

If a user violates these Terms, bdook reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, the support team must be contacted. The opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed (provided no rules have been violated).

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, bdook may take action in accordance with its stated policy. The user will be notified by email in advance.
